Today, Xiaomi co-founder and President Lin Bin introduced some samples of photographs taken with the recently launched Xiaomi Mi Play. Lin Bin said that Xiaomi Mi Play’s large pixel AI dual camera produces nice photographs which are effectively higher than average.
The Xiaomi Mi Play comes with a 12MP+2MP dual rear AI dual cameras, of which the 12MP main lens has a unit pixel area of 1.25 ?m. According to the company, the Xiaomi Mi Play daytime image is naturally clear, and the evening scene pics are bright and acceptable. Lin Bin launched two images taken indoor a house with good illumination. General, the photos seem crystal clear abundant however there was with no nighttime sample. On the front, the Xiaomi Mi Play is equipped with an 8MP self-timer lens which supports AI micro-plastic beauty, AI deep learning facial attributes, face-lift, beauty skin and so on.
Looking at the core configuration of this smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi Play comes with a 5.84-inch water drop display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 cpu coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The lights of this cameraphone are kept on by a 3000 mAh battery. This smartphone is priced at 1099 yuan ($160), and its available in dream blue, twilight gold, and black color options. Looking at the configuration of this phone, its SoC and battery is a turn-off however for $160, its a fair bargain.
