Fix for Windows 10 Mobile apps installation issue coming soon

Microsoft has confirmed that it has a fix ready for the apps installation issue on Windows 10 Mobile. The confirmation came from Brandon LeBlanc, who is Senior Program Manager at the company. We think we have a fix for this in our next flight for Mobile.
