VLC’s iOS client has received a new update. Arriving as version 2.8.6, the update makes the app compatible with the iPhone X – the UI has been adjusted for the device. In addition, it also brings along support for HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) 4K videos.
Moving on, the update also fixes an app termination issue encountered on devices running iOS 7 and iOS 8. And finally, there are some usual bug fixes as well. The updated app is now available to download from the App Store – head to the Source link below.
