What will your reaction be if you bought a brand new cameraphone and it was missing a major feature, which includes the charging port or a button or probably even the LED flash? Weibo user (@飞鸿弄晚) has posted photographs of her new Mi 9 that arrived without having an LED flash. It isn’t that the cutout for the LED flash is there however there is no LED, it is actually not there at all. All you have on the back are the triple rear cameras.
She did tag Xiaomi and some of its top executives in her article and the official Xiaomi consumer service account responded to it saying she has been sent a private message. The piece will most undoubtedly be replaced for her and she might obtain compensation for the troubles.
At the moment, we do not know if there are other owners who have this exactly problem but notwithstanding, Xiaomi has to work on its top quality control checks before items are shipped out.
