It seems that T-Mobile jumped the gun on HTC U11 Life unveiling and put up a page on its website – it was taken down, but not before screenshots recorded all the relevant info for posterity. Unfortunately, there was no confirmation or refutal of the €369 price.

Note that the operating system is specified as Android 7.1.1 Nougat with HTC Sense – not 8.0 Oreo as rumors suggested earlier. The U11 Life was supposed to be an Android One phone, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. The Snapdragon 630 chipset is a lock, though.
