Xiaomi Mi Note 2 could be available in August With Snapdragon 821

Xiaomi is going to be hosting a press conference in Beijing on July 27th to launch the Xiaomi Redmi Pro, previously called the Redmi Note 4. However, a lot of Xiaomi fans are waiting for the rumored Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and the Xiaomi Mi5s that are expected to be the most high-end phones the company has ever produced. Talking about the Mi Note 2 release date, the device may launch in August. Popular Chinese analyst Pan Jiutang posted on microblogging site Weibo that the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be released in August. Liwan Jiang, Xiaomi’s Co-Founder, had said in a previous interview that the Chinese manufacturer will be launching high-end products in August. Amazon resumes BLU phone sales after brief suspension

Last week, Amazon suspended sales of BLU smartphones citing security reasons. The step came in the wake of reports that the devices still collect unauthorized personal data, and send it to a server based in China. Samsung Galaxy Note9 gets a new color version: Cloud Silver

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 launched in only two colors in the US: Ocean Blue and Lavender Purple. As compensation, US fans will be the first to get a brand new color option, Cloud Silver. T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge updated with March security patch

Samsung and T-Mobile have recently released an update for two Note devices: the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. While the update doesn't bring Nougat, it at least brings the devices to Google's March security patches.
