This year we have seen manufacturers who prefer in-house chipset for some of its telephones adopt that of competitors. The Honor 8X Max, for example, comes with a Sd 636 or Snapdragon 660 cpu. Also, Samsung’s Galaxy S Light/Lite Luxury Edition and Galaxy A9 (2018) are both powered by the Sd 660. The trend will continue next year, at least for Samsung.

A tweet by Twitter user @MMDDJ_ has uncovered that the Korean giant will launch a telephone powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor in January. This will make it Samsung’s most powerful budget phone and heading, most expensive too. The rest of the specifications are yet unknown however be expecting it to have impressive cameras too.

This doesn’t arrive as a massive surprise. Samsung is trying fresh strategies to get on its rivals in markets like India. Individuals rivals (OPPO, Xiaomi, and Vivo) already have phones powered by this chipset. If Samsung wants to get on them, it will have to adopt the exact same chipset because none of its price range Exynos processors are that powerful.

There are speculations that the telephone might release as the Galaxy A10 what makes sense since the A-series are upper budget smartphones. The cameraphone will probably release initial in India before making its way to other countries.
