Verizon drops the LG G6 to $20 per month, $480 in total

Not to be outdone by T-Mobile and its BOGO offer, or Sprint for that matter, today Verizon has started a new promo for LG's G6. Normally, the carrier nicknamed Big Red is charging $672 for the phone full retail, or 24 monthly installments of $28. Several months ago, Chromecasts got a new feature that would allow anyone to control any Chromecast device on the same Wi-Fi network. But what this also meant, was that anyone on your Wi-Fi network would be able to see what app you were casting from and the notification would appear during active use of the Chromecast. Funker is a Spanish company that launched Win10-powered W5.5 Pro back in February this year. Well, the firm is reportedly all set to launch another Windows 10 phone - dubbed W6.0 Pro 2. The W6.0 Pro 2 is powered by Snapdragon 617 chipset, and sports a 6-inch full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, and packs in a large 3,900mAh battery. The camera department offers a 13MP/5MP combo. Measuring 160 x 82.3 x 7.9mm and weighing in at 176g, the handset comes with Continuum as well as 4G LTE support. There's currently no information on pricing and availability.


Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro arrives in Hong Kong

The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro - which was unveiled earlier this month, and has only been available in China so far - is no longer China-exclusive. The device is now listed on the tech giant's official Hong Kong website. The listing reveals all three color options (Lake Blue, Maple Leaf, Powder Rose) will be available in the country.
