Back in May this year, there were reports that Samsung will launch its mobile payments service Pay sometime in September. It was also said that the service will arrive along with a new smartphone.
And now, it looks the the launch is about to happen. Firstly because the Samsung Pay app has started arriving on compatible handsets in France, although it’s not functional yet.
