Now, it is being reported that the Note Edge might launch in India, where Samsung plans to maintain its lead in the country’s growing smartphone market. According to a report from Economic Times, Samsung might launch the Galaxy Note Edge in India in January 2015 with a price tag of Rs. 68,500 (~ $1,080). The device has already been launched in Korea, Japan, the US, the UK, and Germany. It is Samsung’s first smartphone with a curved edge screen, showing off the company’s technological prowess when it comes to smartphone displays.

It features a 5.6-inch QHD Super AMOLED display with curved edge, a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, a 16-megapixel camera with OIS and 4K video recording, and 4G LTE connectivity. Earlier this year, Samsung launched 4G LTE variant of the Galaxy S5 after carriers started rolling out 4G networks in the country.
