Martian Watches goes out of business

Despite the growing popularity of wearables, the market is not very profitable to most of the participants. Today another one bit the dust after failing to fulfill its Kickstarter campaign - the Martian. Founded in 2007, Martian Watches just announced that it's going to sell what's left of the company, which is primarily property rights and patents, to pay its creditors. The guys over at Martian Watches tried everything in their power by seeking out fresh investments and even help from current financiers. Razer Phone Oreo update factory image and kernel source code now available

Earlier this week, Razer started pushing out the Android 8.1 Oreo update to its Razer Phone. And now, the company has made available kernel source code as well as factory image for the update as well. The factory image weighs in at around 1.6GB. Complete instructions for flashing the factory image are available at the company's website (see General Instructions page link at the bottom). HTC One (M8) on T-Mobile gets Nougat update

T-Mobile has started pushing out a new update to HTC One (M8) units on its network. The update brings Android Nougat OS (version 7.0) to the device that was launched way back in 2014. The Nougat update for the phone comes nearly a year after the magenta carrier started pushing out the Marshmallow update. Given that the roll out has just begun, it may take time for the update notification to pop up on your phone's screen. Galaxy S5 Marshmallow update arrives in Italy and Germany VDF

The Marshmallow update for Samsung's Galaxy S5 smartphone seems to be in full swing as the South Korean company has started pushing out the update in Italy and Germany as well. While in Italy, all unlocked S5 units are getting the update, model SM-G900F is currently receiving it in Germany. To recall, the Galaxy S5 Marshmallow update first started rolling out in Samsung's home country of South Korea last month.
