Sprint goes after Verizon by offering free unlimited service for a year to those who switch

Today Sprint has launched an insane limited-time deal for customers of its main competitor. If you are currently with Verizon and switch to Sprint, you will receive one year of unlimited service for free. That's unlimited talk, text, and data (though the usual throttling limits from Sprint's unlimited plan apply here too). The first catch is that you have to bring your own device, this offer doesn't include a phone. So you need to check if your current smartphone works on Sprint. And obviously if you're entangled in a device installment scheme at Verizon, you'll have to pay that handset...



Xiaomi Mi 6C details and images surface

The Xiaomi Mi 6C has resurfaced, this time with renders and more details. A mid-range version of the Mi 6 flagship, this one aims for a price of CNY 2,000, down from CNY 2,500 for the high-end model. That's for the 4GB/64GB model, the 6GB/128GB is CNY 2,500. It features an aluminum body with slimmed down bezels - side bezels are 2.5mm wide, top bezels could be as small as 10mm. OPPO Reno to come in 4 colors such as Fog Green

The OPPO Reno will launch next month as OPPO’s first flagship smartphone of 2019. Details of the cameraphone have been pouring in due to the fact last day. Today, OPPO’s VP, Brian Shen, unveiled details about the phone’s color versions on Weibo. The OPPO Reno will arrive in four color versions according to the company executive.
