Hey, remember when Nokia 2 passed through the FCC? Buried under a mountain of wireless connectivity tests was the battery capacity – a whopping 4,000mAh! That’s a huge jump over the 5, 6 and 8 models, all three of which have around 3,000mAh.
The Snapdragon 210 chipset doesn’t use a lot of power – not because it’s very efficient (it’s a 28nm chip), it’s just not very powerful. Couple that with the rumored 4.7-5″ screen of modest 720p resolution, the battery life should be stellar. Certainly better than HMD’s current entry level phone – the Nokia 3 and its 2,630mAh battery.
