Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ units on Verizon have started getting a new update that brings along a lot of changes. The update arrives as version NRD90M.G950USQU1AQGL for the S8 and NRD90M.G955USQU1AQGL for the S8+.
One of the major changes the update includes is a new ‘Faster recognition’ option in the Face Recognition menu. When enabled, the option lets users unlock their device instantly, although security is compromised.
Moving on, the next change is related to that small, round lock/unlock button that was introduced in the previous update as a way to turn off the navigation bar….
