Our highly advanced robotic housekeeper uses a Laser Distance Sensor (LDS)—an in-house developed technology—which allows it to scan its surroundings 360º, 1800 times/sec, and is equipped with a slew of Xiaomi-style advancements that will allow you to clean your home quickly and efficiently.
Mi Robot Vacuum is a highly intelligent robot; a built-in Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) algorithm lets it easily map out the lay of the land and calculate the best cleaning path. It is also equipped with 12 sensors, plus a main hover brush that dynamically self-adjusts to clean uneven floors together with a powerful Nidec brushless motor for high-performance cleaning.
Like other Mi Ecosystem products, Mi Robot Vacuum readily integrates with the Mi Home app. It can be switched on and controlled remotely; it also lets you set regular cleaning schedules. Mi Robot Vacuum will be available in China on 6 September for RMB 1699 on Mi.com and Mi Home stores in China.
