Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu has launched a new, ‘A’ series of smartphones, with A5 becoming the first member to be made available. Listed on the company’s official website, the device is powered by Mediatek’s MT6737 SoC, and sports a 5-inch HD display.
RAM is 2GB, while storage is 16GB. The handset sports an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. Measuring 144×70.5×8.3mm and weighing in at 140g, the phone packs in a 3,060mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.1.
