HTC U Ultra arrives in Canada, can be yours for CAD 999

The HTC U Ultra is now available to purchase in Canada. You can grab one from HTC’s official online store for the country, and three color versions are available: black, white, and blue.

The price for an unlocked unit is CAD 999. That translates almost exactly into US$749, which is the amount HTC charges for the phone in the States. So that is anything but unexpected, though it remains to be seen just how many handsets HTC is able to move at these prices.
