GT King is the latest TV Box from Beelink with Amlogic 922.
It’s the quickest chipset till currently and recently a new firmware upgrade came up.
The Box has incredibly fine specifications:

First, you need to find out which GT King Box you have because there are 2 types – GT-King 922X and GT-King B922.
You can find what is your version by the serial number on the back of the Box.
As you can look at in my case the serial starts with 95X2 which is wrong 🙂 I have a beta test unit. However, your Box should be OK and really should begin with 922X or B922.
If your serial is Furthermore wrong you can open the GT King TV Box and Look the RAM CPU upcoming to the Chipset:
In my case is Spectek PS082-062BT So if you google it you will find it is LP DDR4 variant.
So you need to download this file:
So you need this file:
When downloaded and unrar you require to copy the zip file galilei-ota-eng.ubuntu.zip to some SD card formatted in FAT32. I used a few old Samsung 2GB:
Wait until the file is being copied and after that put it into the GT King TV Box slot:
Presently go to the menu and run the Update App:
Select the file on the SD card:
Follow the wizard and click improved update.
Currently take your seat and don’t touch anything until you view home launcher once again.
It will take up to 5min and could possibly reboot a number of times.
When you see the home, the upgrade is complete.
Check your Beelink GT King variant in options:
1. Turn off CEC voice by default
2. Fix the problem that Netflix plays no sound
3. Add chrome review option
4. Fix the problem that the screen is black or the screen is flashing when the screen is rotated.
5. Fix the problem that camera can’t use
6. Fix the problem that the wallpaper settings are invalid.
7. Version changed to GT-King_903P0
I run Antutu to check is there any experience update however I’ve received the similar result:
During the test, the max temperature went up to 59 degree Celsius but I need to say that I’m using my own Beelink GT King thermal mod what I described in an announced article. So if you don’t use it you can take temperature up to 70 degree Celsius.
