Huawei’s sub-brand Honor unveiled its newest flagship smartphone Honor V20 earlier this week at a release occasion in China. The phone will soon first public appearance for the international markets as Honor View20. In fact, the manufacturer has already scheduled a launch occasion on 22nd January in Paris for the release of Honor View20.
Now, ahead of the Honor View20 launch, Amazon India has started teasing the release of the exact cameraphone in the Indian market. The phone’s landing page on the e-commerce platform Furthermore shows that the cameraphone will be sold exclusively through Amazon in India, same to its predecessor Honor View10.
Just like the Honor V20, the View20 must arrive in three color options — Black, Red, and Blue. To know the phone’s pricing and availability reports, we’ll have to wait for the launch occasion on 22nd January.
To remember you of the specs, the Honor V20, the Chinese version of the View20, ships with a 6.4-inch IPS LCD panel that supports 2310 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ screen resolution, promoting a screen-to-body ratio of 91.82 percent and a pixel density of 382ppi.
The front-facing sensor is placed under the display at the top-left corner. The in-display sensor occupies only a fraction of space since the hole for the camera measures only 4.5mm in diameter. This allows the manufacturer to suggests slimmer bezels around the screen.

Under the hood, the gadget is powered by 7nmm Kirin 980 octa-core chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. There is no microSD card tray on the device. It comes with a horizontal arrangement for dual camera setup that is Sony IMX586 48-megapixel key camera and a 3D ToF (Time of Flight) stereo lens. At the front, there’s an AI-powered selfie digital camera of 25-megapixel.
Connectivity options on the gadget have Dual Lte VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, and USB-C. It runs Android 9 Pie running system with the company’s EMUI 9 on top. The phone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with support for 4.5V/5A rapid charging.
