The Huawei P10 Plus was released in February 2017. It is now above two several years old but it is not yet done receiving updates. Huawei has introduced EMUI 9.1 for the 2017 flagship and one of the new options it brings really should increase system speed.
EMUI 9.1 is designed on Android Pie, so the Huawei P10 Plus is getting its second major Operation system improved update like it launched with Android Nougat back in 2017. The improved update really should arrive in the next couple of days or weeks depending on the region. If you don’t get the OTA, you could go to Software Update inside System Options and select Look for Updates. If the improved update is out there, you should be able to download it right away. You could also request for the update via the HiCare app.
