Fairphone 2 modular smartphone to get Marshmallow update soon

The Fairphone 2 modular smartphone, which was unveiled and launched a couple of years ago, will soon start getting the Marshmallow update (version 6.0). This was revealed by the company in a post on its official website, although an exact date/week wasn’t revealed.
