The lowest-end member of alcatel’s roster is no longer the 1x, for today the alcatel 1 has surfaced over in Russia. It’s still unclear when it will be launched or how much it will cost, but do expect it to be even cheaper than the €100 1x.
Like that model, it runs Android Oreo (Go Edition), which is very good considering the lowly specs at play. The alcatel 1 comes with a 5-inch 480×960 18:9 touchscreen, a 5 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera (neither with autofocus), and a 2,000 mAh battery.
