Samsung has confirmed that all eligible Galaxy Note8 (as well as Galaxy S8/S8+) units in the US – including unlocked ones – will get the Oreo update in the next 2-3 weeks.
The confirmation came in the form of a post from a Samsung moderator on the company’s official US forum.
Sadly, they didn’t reveal an exact date when the roll out would begin. While the Galaxy S8 Oreo update has already been rolled out by many US carriers, the Galaxy Note8 is yet to receive it in the region.
