MIUI 9 is the absolute latest iteration of Xiaomi’s UI overlay on top of Android. It was officially unveiled back in July when the Mi 5X got announced. Since that point, there have been many beta builds of the MIUI 9 Global ROM for supported devices, and now we’re thankfully very close to the stable version’s release.
