Samsung tops Apple in consumer loyalty according to SurveyMonkey report

Samsung-vs-AppleSamsung and its arch-rival, Apple, are the two top-most consumer electronics brands in the world, and they are generally neck and neck, but Samsung seems to have defeated Apple in at least one important thing. According to a recent report from SurveyMonkey, Samsung tops Apple when it comes to consumer loyalty, while Apple wins hands down when it comes to customer service satisfaction.SurveyMonkey interviewed 5,000 consumers during Q4 2014, and found that both, Samsung and Apple, are above the consumer loyalty average score of 19 points for electronics and software brands. Samsung scored 35 points, edging out Apple, which cored 28 points in the survey.
