The Nokia 2 has been in the rumor mill for a while, popping up in the Bluetooth SIG database, and even getting listed for pre-order on US retailer B&H’s website. We’ve also seen press images, courtesy of @evleaks, and now there’s an Antutu entry to ‘confirm’ previously rumored specs.
The modest hardware to be found in the Nokia 2 (or at least its TA-1035 variant) includes a Snapdragon 212 chipset, a single gig of RAM and 8GB of internal storage – entry-level, indeed. The cameras stick to this concept too – 8MP on the back, 5MP on the front. Not really surprising for a phone priced at $99…
