Out of these 2 smartphones, M7 Energy is scheduled to be launched in India today at a launch event in Delhi. Currently, a third model in the M series has surfaced on Benchmarking portal Antutu which seems to be to be a price range cameraphone with alternative hardware specifications in M7 and M7 Energy.
Based on the Antutu Benchmark listing, Gionee M7 Plus includes an 18:9 Panel with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and is powered by Qualcomm Sd 660 cpu along with Adreno 512 GPU. If you remember, Gionee M7 is powered by MediaTek Helio P30 processor while M7 Energy is powered by Snapdragon 435 processor. M7 Plus arrives with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based running system. Unfortunately, the Antutu benchmark doesn’t demonstrate details about the sensor sensors at front and rear. The smartphone scores 103367 on Antutu benchmark which confirms the mid-range capabilities.
