leeco-coolpad-cool-1sRecently, a new smartphone leaked from the  Ministry of Industry and certification, and according to the rumors it’s the upcoming LeEco Coolpad Cool 1S, the younger brother of Cool 1C.

According to benchmark given by the leakster, Cool 1S incorporates the latest Snapdragon 821 SoC under the hood. What’s more stunning is that the hardware yields a score 159039 points (around 160000).

Moreover, the leak exposes the bright black color variant of the smartphone with ultra-thin bezels. It’s brother, the budget-friendly Cool 1C featured some mid-end hardware including Snapdragon 625 processor and 4000mAh high-capacity battery, as the selling point. The price was only 899 yuan. The device, which could be called Le 2s or Le 2s Pro, comes with a standard full metal design, which is quite different from what a purported back casing for it showed us a few days ago.

In these new images supposedly depicting the Le 2s, gone are the iPhone 7-like antenna bands. In their place are just your average antenna lines cutting through the phone’s back. Since there’s some confusion now as to the name of this handset, we assume it’s possible that LeEco will launch two models next month, the Le 2s and Le 2s Pro – and they could have different designs.
