GFX leaks Xiaomi Mi 5c, Huawei P10, and Moto G5

Nokia 3310 will run S30+ and have Nokia 150 design cues

You may have heard of the legendary Nokia 3310 and may have heard that Nokia is bringing it back in a couple of days at the Mobile World Congress 2017. But otherwise details have been scarce on what exactly the 3310 reboot will be.

All we’ve heard is that it will have a similar, if not the same design and a larger, colored display.

But the popular leakster around Evan Blass has a few new tidbits on the new Nokia 3310. According to his sources it will run on Series 30+ – a feature phone OS that runs on recent Nokia-branded phones like the Nokia 150.

Ringing Bells roller-coaster is over, founder arrested on fraud suspicion

The founder of Ringing Bells, the company behind the infamous $4 smartphone, has been arrested on suspicion of fraud. A local retailer has filed a complaint against Ringing Bells for unfulfilled $45,000 order. They even tried to resolve the matter with the “Freedom” maker, but received death threats instead of actual phones.

Ringing Bells came under the spotlight around this time last year with the announcement of the ultra cheap Freedom 251 smartphone (the price of INR 251 equals $4).

Vivo launches Y55s smartphone in India

Vivo has announced a new mid-range smartphone in India, the Y55s.

The Y55s has a 5.2-inch, 720p display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, 13 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera, and 2730mAh battery. The phone runs on Vivo Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It’s a dual SIM device with a separate microSD slot so you don’t have to choose between having a second SIM or a microSD card like on most other phones these days.

Archos has announced two new budget Android phones ahead of MWC.
